Welcome to QuranHub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the QuranHub mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by Logicity.in ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuranHub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

QuranHub is a mobile application that provides:

• Access to the Holy Quran with translations and transliterations
• Audio recitations from various Qaris
• Duas (supplications) and Ruqyah content
• 99 Names of Allah with audio
• Bookmarking and reading progress features
• Other Islamic educational and spiritual content

3. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Misrepresent or distort Quranic content in any way

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding Quranic text, which is the word of Allah and belongs to all of humanity), features, and functionality are owned by Logicity.in and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Quranic text, translations, and audio recitations included in the App are sourced from publicly available and properly licensed Islamic resources.

6. Content Accuracy

We strive to ensure the accuracy of all Quranic content, translations, and supplementary materials provided in the App. However, we recommend cross-referencing with established Islamic scholars and sources. The App is intended as a tool for learning and spiritual benefit, not as a sole authoritative source.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases or subscription services. By making a purchase:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

8. Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications for prayer reminders, daily verses, or other features. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings at any time.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication, analytics, cloud messaging, and data storage
• Apple Services: For Sign in with Apple and App Store services

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
• The accuracy or completeness of any content
• The fitness of the App for any particular purpose

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Logicity.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logicity.in and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
